Richard D’Ambola is the Senior Financial Planner and President of Richard D’Ambola & Associates LLC, located in Succasunna, New Jersey. He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with CFD Investments, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC, and Creative Financial Designs, Inc.,a Registered Investment Advisor out of Kokomo, Indiana. As such, he holds the FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses. He started his career in 1988 with John Hancock Financial Services as an Insurance Producer. In 1999 he joined the firm of Dunn’s Financial Review Inc. as a Financial Advisor for individuals and groups and in September of 2014 created Richard D’Ambola and Associates LLC.
Richard attended County College of Morris where he majored in Business Administration. He received specialty training from The Institute of Elder Planning Studies in Denver, Colorado. and from the Corporation for Long-Term-Care Certification in Newton, Massachusetts, where he earned his CLTC. He has also received Certification from the New College of General and Continuing Studies for Financial Planning at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. His knowledge of various financial issues is focused in the areas of investment planning, income planning, risk management, estate planning, social security, Medicare, and long term care planning. Richard has taken this educational initiative to become a professional leader in meeting the key needs and issues concerning senior citizens. Richard is admitted to The Society of Certified Senior Advisors as a CSA. Additionally, he is a licensed insurance producer in New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Florida, Delaware, California, and Arizona. Richard works closely with Estate Planning Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants to make the most effective use of the current laws in order to maximize benefits to his clients’ wealth and estates.
Richard resides in Mount Arlington with his wife Deborah, who is the office manager at Richard D’Ambola & Associates LLC. Richard holds a black belt in tae-kwon-do and his hobbies include boating with his wife, training, softball, reading, and writing.
